E-mail or call us today at (716) 488-0741 and we will have a Pre-Paid box sent directly to your location that you can use to send us your blades and bits to us to sharpen at our facilty here. We will then UPS the newly sharpened blade and bits right back to you!

Shipping Information

In areas that we do not currently offer direct pickup and delivery, we offer service via UPS (Refer to our Area We Service page).  We sharpen for customers all over the United States and Canada.  Your tools will be shipped within 5 days of arrival in our shop.  there is an additional charge for expedited orders.

 

Shipping Tips

  1. Pack your tools appropriately.  Saw blades should have cardboard or foam placed between each blade.  Router bits and shaper cutters should be packed separently and never be allowed to touch.  We can supply packing materials if necessary.
  2. Please include a packing slip which lists all items to be sharpened along with any special instructions.
  3. Include your return address information as well as a phone number where we can reach you if we have any questions.
  4. We recommend that you insure your packages for an appropriate value.


Payment Method

Filegar Cutting Technologies, LLC accepts VISA and MASTERCARD.  We can also ship orders C.O.D. for an additional charge.  Filegar Cutting Technologies, LLC extends terms to commercial accounts based upon credit approval.  Please call to request a copy of a credit application.
